1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between the person or entity using ZuraHost and the operator of ZuraHost. By creating an account, placing an order or using a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms shown at checkout.
You must be legally able to enter a contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current and protect passwords, API credentials and other access methods. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by ZuraHost.
2. Orders, pricing and billing
Orders are subject to review, payment verification, availability and acceptance. We may reject or request additional information for an order reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, sanctions risk or inaccurate information.
- Website prices are stated in United States dollars unless clearly shown otherwise. Taxes and third-party charges may be added at checkout.
- Recurring services renew automatically for the selected billing cycle until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment providers to collect amounts due using your saved payment method where supported.
- You must pay invoices by their due date. Unpaid services may be restricted, suspended or terminated, and restoration may require payment of outstanding amounts or a reactivation fee disclosed before collection.
- Promotional prices apply only for the period and conditions stated. Renewal prices may differ. Material pricing changes will apply prospectively and be communicated as required by law.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation through the client area. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse charges already incurred. Unless a different rule is shown at checkout, eligible first-time shared, cloud, reseller or VPS hosting purchases may be cancelled within 30 days for a refund of the hosting fee. Domain names, licenses, certificates, setup work, migrations, add-ons, usage charges, transaction fees and services terminated for abuse are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
3. Customer responsibilities and content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ZuraHost and its providers the limited rights needed to transmit, store, copy, back up and otherwise process that content to operate, secure and support the service.
You are responsible for your content, users, software, licenses, security configuration and compliance with law. You must maintain secure credentials, promptly install relevant software updates, and keep independent copies of important data. You may not use the service in a way that harms ZuraHost, other customers, networks or third parties.
Backups and migrations
Where a plan includes backups, they are a convenience and not a substitute for your own verified backup process. Backup frequency, retention and restore availability may vary by service. Migrations depend on access, compatibility and source-host conditions; we do not guarantee that every item can be transferred or that third-party software will work unchanged.
4. Domain services
Domain registration, renewal and transfer are also governed by the rules of the applicable registrar, registry and ICANN policy where relevant. A submitted order does not guarantee registration until the registry confirms it. You must provide accurate registration details, respond to verification requests and renew before expiration.
Domain availability and pricing can change without notice before registration is completed. Some registries impose eligibility, transfer, restoration, privacy or dispute rules. Registry, premium, redemption and restoration charges are generally non-refundable.
5. Service availability, changes and support
We work to provide reliable services, but internet services may be interrupted by maintenance, attacks, upstream providers, software defects, customer actions or events outside reasonable control. Any uptime figure shown on the website is a target unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides a credit or remedy.
We may make reasonable changes to infrastructure, software, network routes, IP addresses, control panels or service features to maintain security, performance or legal compliance. Support is provided through the channels and service levels available for your plan. Support does not include development, third-party software repair or administration outside the purchased service unless expressly agreed.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend a service when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, resource emergencies, complaints, court orders or violations of these Terms. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. Immediate action may be taken to protect customers, infrastructure or third parties.
We may terminate services for material or repeated violations, fraud, illegal activity or failure to cure a breach. After termination, access to content may end and data may be deleted. You are responsible for exporting needed data before cancellation or termination. Provisions intended to survive, including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and dispute provisions, remain in effect.
7. Intellectual property, disclaimers and liability
ZuraHost names, branding, website content and service software are owned by ZuraHost or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or immune from every attack or data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZuraHost and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities or data. Our aggregate liability arising from a service will not exceed the fees you paid for that affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify ZuraHost and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your users, your unlawful use of the services or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by ZuraHost.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use ZuraHost services to conduct, enable or materially assist:
- Illegal activity, fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, credential theft or financial scams.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive marketing practices or forged message headers.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control systems, cryptojacking or distribution of malicious code.
- Unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, password attacks, denial-of-service attacks, network disruption or security testing without written authorization.
- Content or activity that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, or facilitates unlawful circumvention.
- Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, exploitation, trafficking or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Resource use that unreasonably degrades shared infrastructure, evades plan limits or interferes with other customers.
- Use of IP addresses, domains or services to conceal prohibited conduct or evade a prior suspension.
Security research and load testing require advance authorization when they could affect systems not exclusively controlled by you. You must cooperate with abuse investigations and promptly correct vulnerable or compromised systems.
Enforcement and reports
We may investigate reports, review relevant logs, request information, remove or disable content where legally permitted, and take proportionate protective action. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination without refund. Submit abuse or security reports through our support system with URLs, timestamps, headers, log extracts and other useful evidence.
9. General terms
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing or sale. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Applicable law and the competent forum will be determined by the location of the ZuraHost contracting entity and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Before starting a formal claim, contact support so both parties can try to resolve the issue.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
